My Resolution for 2016 is to be the best me I can be.
January is the month to plan for the year. A plan is a powerful tool that
will help me become the best person I can be.
First I must decide what kind of person I want to be. When I know
where I’m going I can make a plan to get there.
Examples of my daily Affirmations for 2016. I will repeat each of these
several times daily until the Affirmations become empowering beliefs;
a. I am a healthy person. I eat healthy food, exercise, get 7 hours sleep and think positive thoughts.
b. I am an organized person. I am neat and well groomed. I have a things to do list and I complete each task.
